They definitely have looked better in recent games. But whether they can make the playoffs and win a playoff game again since the 90s remains questionable IMO.

Yeah, let's see exactly who they'll consider. I heard some folks on raiderfans.net mention Gruden. I doubt he's the one who can bring the team back to glory, but at this point, even the neighborhood mailman would be a better HC than Dennis Allen. That guy has had about 3 years here and nothing to show for it. The players I think have talent, but he's a bum. He was Denver's trash from their 6-10 season, and the Raiders should've never picked him up.
