Maybe they figure since they aren't going anywhere anyway, it's time to think about next year. But frankly, I don't understand 75% of the personnel decisions front offices make. I have a sneaky feeling they just like playing God.

them to dump Valentine in 2012, but they decided to wait until the very end of the season...why? Just because.

I really think the main problem was they won last year and no one was motivated...they got rid of people who could have done well next season...it's going to be hell for the next few years, IMHO.
