An NFL running back at 52 years old?
Herschel Walker says it wouldn't be a problem for him.
"I can play in the NFL today," Walker told USA Today Sports. "I couldn't take every snap. But running backs nowadays don't play every down. Now they send in the choir section.
"Physically, I can still do it."

(64,933 posts)I think he won a SB in 1979. A great year, as I recall. Dallas wins the Super Bowl. Pittsburgh wins the World Series. And I graduated high school!!
I had the world by the ass!!!!

(1,508 posts)Fights MMA and wins, still does thousands of push ups and sit ups a day and is otherworldly in his fitness.
But I don't think he could still play in the NFL. I don't think his foot speed can still be there.
