Judge Says NFL's Concussion Settlement is not Enough
http://deadspin.com/judge-says-nfls-765-million-concussion-settlement-not-1501224888A judge has denied a preliminary motion to approve the $765 settlement between the NFL and a group of retired players. The quick of it is the NFL is probably going to have to pay out a whole lot more.
Judge Anita Brody wrote in her opinion, "It is difficult to see how the Monetary Award Fund would have the funds available over its lifespan to pay all claimants at these significant award levels."
I always thought the amount was way too low
