Just how weird is the QB situation in Cleveland?
43-year-old Jeff Garcia called the team this week seeking a workout and chance to play. Garcia played with the Browns in 2004, starting 10 of 11 games and throwing for 1,731 yards with 10 touchdowns and nine interceptions.
He has not started a game since 2008 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
