UCF Knights fan here, we're 4-1 so far, 1-0 in conference

Only loss was to South Carolina, 28-25, on 9-28-2013. Next game is against Louisville on 10-18-2013 at Louisville. We beat Penn State, amazing.

1. my son goes there

He is a music major - he isn't marching as he just finished marching with the drum corps over the summer. My daughter is also working on adding to her degrees and is taking a few nursing class at UCF. We live in Winter Park. You do know what they call UCF here right? Um, You Can't Finish I personally think its a good school getting huuuuge! I'm a gator and I did march there 1984-88.

The Knights are doing well, but I am not a fan of your coach, he isn't that good. But the QB is pretty good. Your defense is much better then I expected. Good luck with Louisville they are a solid ball club but they can still be beat.

Down the road from you in same town. My son will probably go there in a few years, for a similar degree. Yep, you can't finish, sad. I got my undergrad there years ago when you could easily finish. I'm just a bit amazed they beat Penn State.

5. My Kids went to Lake Howell

I still work with the school, I do their band's website and take pics so I still get to watch high school football. Usually LHHS isn't very good even when Brandon Marshall can to a came to a game last year, we were retiring his number, LHHS lost bad. He went to UCF.

I wasn't surprised UCF beat Penn St. Penn St is a solid ball club but they have had issues and this is before the whole scandal hit. It was still a good win. For a little bit I thought they might have a chance with South Car. but they didn't capitalize on the gifts that were given to them. Yes they had a lead at half but they should have a had a bigger one.

The Louisville game should be interesting. but I think Louisville has more depth and coaching are going to be the difference. Charlie Strong is a very good coach way better then O'Leary.

well actually 2 just graduated. My son played with Bortles.

I see Bortles is the QB. I know nothing about their program, but I'm an alum and quite impressed with their season so far.

6. I like them

They have an excellent offense and hope they can land in a BCS bowl and surprise some people.

I had them as my "upset special" pick against South Carolina. So far my upset special picks have been narrow defeats, USC over Utah State by 3 & recently Northwestern narrowly lost to Ohio State.
