by SEC standards (not that the other conferences have all that much to brag about either).

No time-outs for FSU, so the guy goes down, on the sidelines, he is laughing and walking around.

Has always happened, and from my example, I don't think theyy feel they need to crack down on it...the mentality is "they all do it."
