That's about the only thing I can conclude based on Ryan's decision today to start Sanchez again. Are you kidding me? I'm not much of a Tebow fan, but I see no reason at all to not start him at this point. Butt fumble ... I mean, seriously.

New York Jets Coach Rex Ryan stepped to the podium and said, Youre not gonna believe this
And then, even by the poppin fresh standards set by the Jets of 2012, the ridiculous happened. Ryan announced that Mark Sanchez will be the starting quarterback Sunday against the Buffalo Bills. Greg McElroy, who was named the starter when Sanchez was benched last week, suffered a concussion at some point during his 11-sack nightmare against the San Diego Chargers.

(65,068 posts)Anyone who saw his "miracle" in Denver last year can attest. The same defense, same offensive line, and a different quarterback led to a dominant team.
Things that make you go "Hmmmm".

(238 posts)really!? there's 0 justification for starting sanchez again. if tebow really is that bad, you can always pull him after the first half and put sanchez in at that point. or maybe run wildcat with somebody else the rest of the day.

(65,068 posts). . .he's STILL better than Timmy. And, i do think the wildcat has run its course. Coordinators schemed that away a few years ago. And, Tebow isn't Vick. He can't just run away from people. Not fast enough, and not shifty enough.

(35,441 posts)He cannot throw the ball with any accuracy nor consistency, and throwing the ball is the prime qualification for being a NFL QB. His overt religiosity is why so many people have an interest in him. That and his race.
End of fucking story.

(4,281 posts)His stats weren't that good, but his team surprised everyone and beat (I think) the Steelers in the playoffs.
