15. Impressive the way Tampa Bay came out like that

Getting a tough break against New Orleans on the last play, out-of-bounds player can't be the first to touch the ball but I don't think the push out-of-bounds by the defender was legal (beyond the 5-yard line mark). They didn't dwell on it and defeated a tough opponent on the road after just a few days rest.

We have a change at the top of the standings. thelordofhell jumped Auggie in the standings who pretty much lead since the end of week 2. getting old in mke had the highest percentage weeks 1-3, but Auggie was .647 at the end of week 2, .640 at the end of week 3 then took the top spot when getting old in mke got his 3 strikes(non-played weeks).

9. I think I get why Philly is favored

They're at home and they're coming off a bye where Andy Reid is 13-0 and 10-3 ATS after bye weeks.

Philadelphia itself is not a bad team. Defensively they're one of the best though 5-10 rather than top 5. Excellent Run SR% on offense. They get pretty good passing yardage on offense, it's just the turnovers. Typically, turnovers are not a great indicator of future success since they aren't consistent week-to-week.

There are two reasons why odds makers will favor someone, one is power ratings. Subtract the difference and use that as the spread adjusted for home field/court. The other, is the public perception and/or money pouring in.

Surprised to see so many picking Arizona so far. They are at home and their defense is good enough to keep it within 6.5. They're the only team in the league that hasn't allowed more than 21 points in a game though Seattle, San Francisco, and Chicago have all allowed fewer total points. The biggest factor why Minnesota scored 21 rather than 14 or less than 21 is because Skelton threw a TD pass to the Vikings. That said, even though Skelton struggled at times during the game, he actually played pretty well. Especially when you factor in that he was sacked 7 times.
