First, I know El Supremo is dying to know what video I had in store should everything have been rained out on the same day . . .

This one I had ready all week and never had the opportunity to use it. Too bad. Satchmo plays one hot trumpet in this one . . .

Yep, I had that all ready to go.

Finally, a couple of unused videos that went to waste for want of even one Yankee victory . . .

that's what they're gonna do with all those thousands of "St. Louis Cardinals 20102 National Legaue Champions" T-shirts that got printed up last week. Srsly.

One of the oddest broken bat hits you'll ever see. Great defense one minute. Lousy defense the next. Bringing in the closer with a 9 run lead. Puddles in the infield. Mud on the mound.

was when it started to downpour in the 9th. On radio, Kuiper and Krukow were saying Romo probably only has 1 batter before they stopped play...

here's Pablo rubbing his hands together in glee as he contemplates the possibility of once again being chosen over Zimmerman..

Edit: pay no attention to that guy behind Panda..that's just Romo doing his imitation of the way Drew Storen looked after he choked away the Nats chances...

Since the Nats OWNED your asses this year. I bet it would have been a different WS if we had made it.

I'm well aware of the way the Nats handled the Giants, which is why I hoped the Giants would never have to play them... looked like they would have to anyway. The Giants were actually on a plane ready to fly to Washington, when Mr. Storen came through..
