For the love of god, get rid of Landry Jones. (Original Post) a la izquierda Sep 2012 OP
I'd have an easier time getting behind that sentiment if his replacement hadn't fumbled away a TD of fishwax Sep 2012 #1

his own .

That game sucked. And LJ had a horrible game. A pretty forgettable effort all the way around. Did anyone have a good game? Sterling Sheppard looked pretty good.

But I am SO tired of Landry's excuses. Go be the missionary you want to be, and leave football to the big boys.
This is so frustrating. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I did not spend $$$$ on a trip to WVU.

Not going to be as big of a game now, and if ND remains undefeated by then, they may be ranked higher.

poor choices of teams, poor choices for post-secondary education. Hehehe.
My hatred of ND (as well as Ohio State and the Chicago Bears) comes from my mom's reprogramming of me after my parents' divorce (Dad was a big fan of the Suckeyes and the Bears, as well as the Irish). I emerged from childhood a Florida State fan in New Jersey.
I went 1 for 3 last night (Rutgers win, OU and FSU loss). It was a pitiful night in my house.
One of my good friends is an ND fan, so I'm sure he's chomping at the bit to watch the game with me. I'm not sure he can handle the cursing.

Hot damn. I fell asleep and they were losing.

See, Sooners, that is what heart is about. It is not about throwing the f'ing ball to the other team all damned night.

y'all might beat a very mediocre, overrated team. We never should've been ranked where we were, and I said at the beginning of the semester that anyone picking us to win cursed us.

The Sooners, as much as I love them, played like crap and need a total shakeup. It's been a long time coming.
