Great race.... he finally got a break... a lane...and took advantage of it.

I love Michael Matz. He's one of the good ones. I rooted for Union Rags in the Derby. Great race

Dullahan sure didn't fire today.

Rags looked very good today and I was wrong: he can get a mile and a half.

And until the stretch I was really hating myself for staying home.

But I had to babysit my sick dog. And it was hot as hell. Our track is in the middle of Kansas and outside it is pretty miserable in windy hot weather.
