(17,087 posts)The system is what it is. But I still find it ironic that he started off with their "unselfishness". Style of play notwithstanding, they are thinking of themselves first, rightly so, perhaps, but they aren't making any sacrifice for "old Blue" or whatever UK call itself.

Besides, if they all go in the first round it'll help Kentucky's recruiting and the program will be better off in the long run. Calipari has figured this out and that's why he's so successful.

(29,322 posts)Their style of play is unselfish, if that isn't it, they just helped Kentucky make millions of dollars--why not cash in? The NBA has the rule so it is not the players' problem.
