From Wikipedia:

Pierre Laval, (born June 28, 1883, Châteldon, France—died Oct. 15, 1945, Paris), French politician and statesman who led the Vichy government in policies of collaboration with Germany during World War II, for which he was ultimately executed as a traitor to France.

Laval was really....something.

Though what would be doubly awesome would be when it happens in real life - though I doubt they'd let him out among the general population - unless the place was exclusively for insurrectionists - and there are more than enough of them to populate their own institution.
