So I stopped at the jewelry department at Walmart to buy a watch.....
The clerk handed me one to look at. It was blank, but showed a small black square in the middle of the "dial."
I handed it back to him, and said, "It doesn't tell me the time--it doesn't even have any hands!"
Clerk said, "Oh it works--it's digital!" He pushed a button and handed it back to me, showing the red numbers. "See, it's got a chip in it."
I looked at it, scratched my head, and laid it back on the counter. "I ain't gonna buy it if it's already broke!"
