I really liked "You can call your next witness" because he's in jail, truth can hurt.

One of those finally goaded me into googling Ham Fish. Upon which I discovered that if I had finished reading Rachel Maddow's book, Prequel, by now, I would know who he was already!

I love learning new things, and I love cartoons. Cartoons that I learn new things from are the best kind!

12. Hamilton Fish III - What crazy times, just like now! And the Cripps Mission!

Fishy-Fish seemed to be straddling several fences at once for years! Was he Nazi? Was he anti-US WWII involvement or pro-?

Cripps was sent to try to get India to join in on the Allies side but various factions in India had demands for post-war freedom from England, or they would not fight or support England. They had Cripps (and Churchill who didn't want Indian independence) over a barrel!

The things you learn from Dr. Seuss even when yer old.

Thanks to KS T!
