Need help with title of an alt-history book I saw yesterday in the library.

Seems like it had "lion" in the name and maybe "England." It dealt with
a scenario where Nazi Germany occupied England. It appeared to be a new book.

was code named "Operation Sea Lion" so that might have something to do with the title.
