The 1990s economy and race

Here's the lowest quintile of white household incomes:

I think running against the 1990s economy simply can't be a winning play in the modern Democratic party.

Very likely the greatest economic period America has ever produced, but it was at least partially based on an economic bubble, and mass incarceration did hide some of the issues that were there by lowering the labor pool. But there's no doubt that that economy was about as good as it got in terms of what the market could provide for people as a whole.

I don't see another computer/internet revolution in the offing though.
