7. I live in FL... I see racism all the time...

However, white/black/brown/et al, you NEVER get out of your car and RUN during a routine traffic stop (ie, seat belt violation, speeding, etc).

I am NOT defending the police on this one, as running the man over is way over-zealous. They should've just chased him on foot. However, his actions were definitely NOT the way to handle the situation.

Cops can be racists fuckwits in central FL, however. I remember once, getting off the 417, seeing a black guy in an 80s sedan with a nice paint job and wheels. The cop was searching his car. An hour later, I was headed back, and passed the same guy. This time 3 cops are there, getting in their cars and leaving. The guy was sitting at the side of the road, distraught. They had taken his seats, carpeting, and even car stereo OUT of his car while searching. I should note that NONE of the cops were K9 units. They stripped this guy's car down just because he was black. This incident happened about 10 years ago, and it still has me fuming.

8. Problem is when Cops and Vigilantes are given carte blanche, run or stay you still die.

10 years ago it was complete and total harassment, but if you played the game they let you live.

NOW it's like people with guns are just looking, looking for an excuse to shoot people down.

AND because of the climate of "NON justice" in Florida, they know if they kill a black person, it doesn't count against them.

It's not just immoral, it's inhuman the way people are getting away with murder like this.
