Shining a Light: A concert for progress on Race in America

Will be on H2 History channel Friday, November 20 at 8:00 pm

This is a benefit concert from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, this concert is to raise funds for organizations working to create reconciliation and positive change in communities experiencing incidents of racial bias.

Don't have H2 in your TV lineup? Find it streaming here: http://www.history.com/live-stream

Tune in, this should be interesting, the concert also has some really good stars that will be performing.

Thanks for adding that pertinent information. I wasn't aware of the fact that it would be carried on so many different channels and also iHeartMedia radio stations plus AOL.com. Great job of filling in the details, I'm in your debt.

I watched it at a friends house, so I wasn't able to be on line at the time. I thought it was really good as a concert, great singers all. I kind of wish they had talked a bit more though.

I'm happy you had the opportunity to enjoy the show and to tell others about it. It's too bad programs like this one are not publicized enough. When I find out about a program that should be interesting to the entire populace, that's usually the way it is, I usually have to try to let people know about them, and then follow up to make sure they watch. Enjoy your day Person 2713 and backatcha....PEACE!

Raising funds for those organizations is a most positive venture. It's good to be alive to see real positive, life-affirming joy thru music addressing the terror.
