If you really want to win the General Election in 2016.......

you better get in real tight with the PoC community. That's a fact, jack, take it to the bank. I'd say, hell, if you want to be the Democratic nominee period, you better get in real tight.

I'd say a lot more, but then this forum would be bombarded by non-regulars.

but stupidity can trip me up.

I was getting a lot of jury requests from this group and when the alert stalking was brought up I felt I would be a better juror if I understood what was happening. I find the Bravenak and 1SBM situations appalling.

She knows the deal.

Kidding, kidding. I have low expectations with all of the candidates regarding race. I do hope I will be pleasantly surprised.

On whole the dem party has been more supportive of civil rights however the dem party has to deal with their own racist supporters. I support black activists in the pressure they are putting on democrats. If dems are going to win election they need women and minorities to vote. It's not enough to say the alternative is worse. Democrats need to sell their vision to people to win

Once they hear the name "Bernie Sanders", they'll be running to the voting booth!
Or so I've been told...

Besides, they probably don't know Sanders marched with MLK!
Not to mention, Sanders has a new black friend named Cornel West!

Really, it's just a matter of time before the AA community is 110 percent felling the Bern!

Well this is a game changer! Seeing a Black figure show support for a candidate totally makes me want to vote for him or her.
