I want to fist bump a member that frequents this forum ...

Blue Tire,

In a thread in another forum, we disagreed; but did so without attacking, patronizing or belittling one another. Maybe, you (we) can start a contagion to the larger body?

Fist bump and "that nod" to you.

that I responded to regarding the link about the "Problems" with the voting machines ?

And the person responded to me saying " what are you talking about?"

SEE the quote from the article and the link below, there are many others articles that pop up when you google.

"New paper ballot optical-scan computer tabulator systems used to tally millions of votes in New York — as well as “swing states” such as Florida, Ohio and Wisconsin — do not tally votes correctly. That stunning admission comes courtesy of a new report released by the private company which manufactures, sells, services and programs the systems which are now believed to have mistallied tens of thousands of ballots in New York in 2010."

The thread was about the legitimacy of using the recall mechanism to oppose an elected officials political agenda.

I've been on DU a long time (maybe too long), so know how proper, good discussions flow...

Sadly, things in GD will get really chaotic as we get closer to November...
