I have been around here for a while and I feel I can come to people here with a request. This last few weeks has been hell on me and my pets. My cat Wheezy had to have surgery for a kidneys stones and damaged bladder. She came through the surgery fine and is at home recovering.
The surgery was 1247.00. I had a running bill already because I try to take care of my pets, cats and a dog. When I got foreclosed on last year I found homes for 11 strays I was taking care of, but my inside cats got lucky with as well as I did, in that I found a small home to rent that the landlord would allow me to keep my pets.....fighting my foreclosure in the courts cost me a pretty penny...I still lost to HSBC, their pockets were bigger than mine. My bill now is closer to 1500.00
Because of the surgery, I tried online, yep pretty stupid, but I tried to get a small personal loan for to pay off the surgery. Hoping to get a lower payment monthly than the 250.00 bill I had to accept to get the surgery. Don't get me wrong
r. Dhaliwal has been a prince among men in helping me stay responsible toward my furry companions. But his is a business and he has to watch his bottom line also. Anyway in my naivete and trust I sent them 900.00 dollars up front as good faith money that was promised to be returned in the loan. It was a scam. I spent all my money on that hope of a loan. 'First cashadvance', allegedly in chicago. 312-473-2086, david jordan. took my money. I am resigned to never getting my money back, I have contacted senior citizen legal help here. But from all I learned since my ignorance causing severe loss, is that I will probably never see a dime. Call them, if you will, don't be mean or threaten, just ask why they could be so heartless to a just below the poverty line senior just trying to do the right thing by my furry companions and my wonderful vet.
I started a 'give forward.com' fundraiser on facebook. It's for Wheezy's bill. I hope it's proper to use this forum for such a request.

If this person is truly in Chicago, then you should contact the board that covers finance. They're very easy to talk to. I will try to find the right number.
You should also contact the attorney general.

I have filed a complaint with the state AG fraud department. I have resigned myself to never seeing any money from my idiocy here. But thank for responding and Wheezy thanks you too....
And by the way if I had some money I'd buy you a heart..... but you got it anyway in spirit.....
