After Brookfield spa shooting, lawmakers take up gun control legislation

In the wake of Sunday's deadly shooting at a Brookfield spa, Wisconsin lawmakers say they will push legislation aimed at keeping guns out of the hands of batterers in domestic abuse cases.

State Rep. Jon Richards (D-Milwaukee) said Tuesday that he would work with advocates to draft a bill that would bar firearm sales to people under restraining orders, let police remove guns from the scene of a domestic violence incident, and allow courts and prosecutors to know if a batterer has a permit to carry a concealed weapon.

Also if the batterer has a CC permit, it's yanked pending the outcome of the case.

Lautenberg Amendment.

It's already federal law.
Being pro-control, you should fucking know what you already have on the goddamn books.

Try ENFORCING your laws for a change.
