Funeral services pending after store shooting

Funeral services were pending Sunday for the 47-year-old Robertson County man who
was killed with his own gun after allegedly pulling the weapon on a Walmart
employee.

A scuffle began when the store's loss prevention officer confronted Bradshaw,
authorities said, and several other employees joined the effort to detain Bradshaw
in an office.

While in the room, Bradshaw pulled a gun from his pocket and fired a round into a
cabinet, officials said.

Police said the officer gained control of the gun, but Bradshaw pulled a knife and
started toward the officer, who shot Bradshaw in the chest.

Attempts to reach the family were unsuccessful.

Even better that he was shot and killed with his gun, which was probably illegal for him to possess.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Kill the guy first THEN drop the gun... actually keeping the gun till you escape is part of the lesson plan, but c'mon.. These are Walmart shoppers.

If you're going to pull a knife on a guy with a gun, you're either a moron or you're looking to die.
