Is this supposed to be a 'pro' 2A group, or an 'anti' 2A group, or is it more nuanced than that? On the last blog I regularly posted on, the 'RKBA' group was vehemently pro-2A, and would have excoriated people for a post such as this one. What's the group for on DU?

were posted. Then, the controller/prohibitionists demanded a "safe haven" where only controller/prohibitionist pronouncements are tolerated; some 30-odd pro 2A Democrats were quickly banned from "Bansalot," the nickname for that group. Further, the TOS in the General Discussion Forum is virtually dead letter as anti 2A posts regularly appear there, but most all pro 2A posts are quickly "hidden."

Through all this, the group you are in has remained open to All views, and must put up with some rather vulgar insults. Any "pro" Original Posts must be made here. As Malcolm X said some 50 yrs. ago, DU has become a "controlled show."
