Ind. doctor arrested after road rage incident involving a gun

"A driver approached Kentucky State Police after he said he was driving down Interstate 75 in Madison County, Ky., on Sunday and saw another car driving recklessly.
The man told police he pulled out his cellphone to get it on video, and that’s when the driver, Dobyns, pulled out his gun and fired a shot at the other vehicle."

If one knows they are being videotaped or photographed while driving, it isn't smart to pull out a gun and shoot at the other person.

My guess is that the gun used was legally purchased and owned.

punished with his right to own firearms revoked. If that would happen more often things might change. I hope you can provide a followup.

As I have said many times before swift and heavy punishment for misuse of firearms will protect both sides with minimal impact.

When your son, daughter, spouse, parent, friend, colleague is the victim, will YOU be asking about statistics from THAT 'responsible' gun owner?

Having the right to own and carry a gun goes not give you the right to brandish it to try and intimidate someone.
