some well-worn ruts are being worn into debate on this subject:

1) One can openly troll, bait and disrupt, even as charges of same are made by the same trolls and disruptors;

2) One can "Alert" successfully for alleged "racist" posts if the poster is pro-2A, even as racist remarks by controllers are excused;

3) The Ads have taken a peculiar laissez faire approach to DU, esp. referencing guns.

The Ads may see this state of affairs as a means to prop-up an historically weak/non-existent grass-roots control outlook. I've noted increasingly lines of attack opened up on Krispos by some controller/banners; IMO, these will only intensify if ANY controller/banner is blocked for anything, followed by demands to sympathetic Ads for a "fair and balanced" governance of the original open-debate group about guns. The result:

An even shorter leash on pro-2A folks in this group with even more wide-open personal attacks and smear; continued protected status for the doctrinaire Castle BansaLot (the SECOND site for controller/banners); and continued wide-open personal attacks and smear in GD, which has become a de facto THIRD site for gun-controllers/banners.
