...clearly we need to come up with a list on which they should have been listed. The purpose of said list being, among other things, that they would've had to buy their firearms illegally.

My bet was smokeless powder, though one of the many idiot pols in the media said there was a tracer on the explosive. Others were fairly sure it was black powder.

impossible. Being a MA resident, he would need a license and no gun store in any other state would sell a handgun to him. BTW, the reports I read said he was 19.
