FOUNTAIN — Police in Fountain say a 3-year-old boy has been taken to a hospital after being shot in the foot with a handgun.

Police say the .40-caliber semi-automatic handgun went off after the boy found it in a master bedroom Wednesday morning.

The boy's mother was home at the time but didn't see the child get the gun.

The mother should be charged with a felony and have her stupid guns confiscated.

... charge them all with felonies.

Felonies for all parents who take toddlers to emergency rooms because of accidents where the toddler wasn't being supervised.

If it saves just one child it's worth it.
