Kennedy retires July 31st; Mueller indicts

Trump & his cabal shortly thereafter. Supreme Court would be down 1 & Dems would have more reason to delay a vacancy vote. Think that would work?

Wishful thinking, but at this point anything to hang on to.

I understand Mueller wants to wrap it up this fall.

Jeff Flake said he would put a hold on until they had a vote on Tariffs.

Susan Collins said,” Roe Vs Wade is established Law.” Trump will not find it easy. Schumer says no vote until the new Congress.

Anything can happen.
