Marcy was too tired to play any more ball

She did a lot of swimming and about 2 miles of running before we played catch. After about 3 go-rounds she came back and plopped herself down.

2. Wow.

There was a time I might have been able to keep up with Marcy's pace, but those days are long gone! My elderly beagles are content with slow walks and lots of naps. But I remember the more active days.

3. I love it when dogs lay down with their back legs splayed out behind them

Seems like the ones that do it almost always do it, and the ones that don't never do. The dog I had as a kid used to lay down like that, and for some reason I find it just so cute and endearing. None of my dogs do/did it, and I'm kind of bummed about that.

Marcy is such a cutie. What a lucky find she is!

4. We got home and she crawled into her "cave" under the bed and went to sleep.

She was too tired to aggravate Jake my old dog.

5. That is a seriously cute dog!

My pup can be tough to poop out too! We have an agility practice tonight and I will be ready to fall over when we get home and she will likely bring me her tug toy with those "play with me eyes". LOVE.

You have a gem, by the looks of her.
