I can tell others that Chewy.com is the best. Every variety of pet food delivered on your schedule.
In over three years they only messed up once. I had changed my delivery date one time and they sent my earlier delivery anyway, giving me twice as much as I needed. When I contacted them about it they said no problem, didn't charge for the duplicate order, and asked me to donate the extra to a local animal rescue/shelter.
Real people at a great company.

I got one shipment where it looked like somebody in the warehouse had dropped my bag of dog food, it split open, and the warehouseman scooped the spilled food up from the floor, put it back in the bag and taped the bag shut. No way was I going to feed it to my dogs.

I called them and told them about it. The Customer Service Rep was seriously aghast, told me "Let me see what I can do and I'll call you right back". About 15 minutes later the phone rang and it was the Rep letting me know that she had gotten to the warehouse in time to get a replacement bag shipped and I would have it next day. No charge, and there would be a 'talking to' in the warehouse. Then apologized several more times.

Chewy rocks!

FDA is currently undergoing a study and while they haven't completed the study, there are LOTS of people very concerned and changing what they are feeding their dogs.

for the last 12 years and have NEVER had to go to the vet for anything but checkups. I can't speak for anyone else. And hell, with the stuff that the FDA allows HUMANS to be fed, why the hell would I trust them?
