Anyone have family or friends in Roanoke, Virginia?

UPDATE #2. (January 16th - Tuesday a.m.)
Little Man is still at large. He has moved from the cemetery and was last seen early this morning about five blocks away at a Little Cesar’s pizza shop. Traps are set and the people in Roanoak have been phenomenal in trying to help get him caught. Please continue to keep him in your thoughts, and also keep those that are so gallantly trying to help in your thoughts. These people renew my faith in humanity!!!! Thank you!!!!
UPDATE:
Little Man was spotted this afternoon at the Evergreen Cemetery in Roanoak, but he ran when approached. Supposedly to some apartments nearby. Searchers were on site, but I’m not sure they are able to still be there due to the weather. Rescue group from Texas is pleading for someone to leave some kind of shelter out in case he returns to the cemetery. Please send vibes, prayers, whatever is your practice that he survives and can be caught. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
Lost dog that was recently transported from Texas to his new home in Roanoak and is lost in unfamiliar surroundings and circumstances. This rescuer is a friend of mine and a good person. She’s heartbroken.
Not sure I’m doing this Facebook link right, but there’s a post with his pictures and general location on this page.
Would appreciate any help/sharing of information, etc.

Couple thousand friends on Tweeber, most of them pet owners. Best of luck! 
I can't imagine the worry and pain this has caused those who love him. 
He should be punished with treats and good food for scaring all of us like that.
