Yoshi goes to the vet tomorrow
He hates the vet. I hate having to take him because I know how much he hates it. I have a wonderful saintly vet but it doesn't make it any easier.
He has a little boo-boo on one of his foot pads though recently he pretty much stopped licking at it and it never seemed to bother him much to begin with (it was the licking that made me decide he needed a visit right away). He needs his annual tune up anyway... at least a shot or two he's due for and he REALLY needs his nails clipped. Funny, he suddenly just decided awhile ago that he didn't feel like doing his own manicures anymore... getting lazy now that he's not a teenager anymore. Not that he doesn't still act like a puppy most of the time.
I wish I had something to take photos of him with. I still have my camera, but I have to buy a new card for it, and they don't sell them in stores anymore. They don't seem to sell anything in stores anymore, and I don't have a way to buy things off the internet without a creditcard.
He's thrilled that winter has come back (what a roasting nasty summer it was!) and we actually had a wee bit of snow already when that almost never happens before Christmas. On the one hand, I really want a good snowfall for him to enjoy, but on the other I REALLY hate snow... driving in it, shoveling it, cleaning it off the car, skating all over the sidewalks (when the people around here get off their butts and clean them off)... if it wasn't for my hairy beastie I'd want to hibernate like a bear until it's over (wake me at the end of April).
