One of them was one of a set of triplets.

They had escaped the fire and were almost at La Biche evacuation center 150 miles south.

Even so, it is remarkable that so few have died or been injured considering that 80,000 people have evacuated a city surrounded by flames and some through highways raining with burning embers from fire on both sides.
