Our black cat Scout we adopted as a stray (he adopted us really, showed up one rainy night crying and 16 yrs later we still have him). The only thing that makes me a wee bit sad is that he was about 6-8 months old when he found us, so we missed out on adorable kitten antics. However seeing these black kitties romp are the next best thing!

cat boxes everywhere.

I wish my cats still had that much energy. Or maybe I don't.

I am a faithful watcher of Foster Dad John's livestream, the "Critter Room", and I also watch the "Tiny Kittens" livestream run by Shelly Roche. Both of these dedicate cat fosters have a Fish Bed. Currently Shelly is getting media attention by helping to rehabilitate a kitten named (Hop-along) Cassidy, with only stumps on his back legs.

Here's a short video of their story:

I'm going to donate a bit tomorrow to try and help Cassidy get new legs.
