A wonderful no-kill shelter

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. They do wonderful work in ensuring that each animal at the shelter gets all the love they need. I especially like their adoption process so that every assurance is made that these beautiful animals are not put in harms way again. When you visit their website, you can't help but fall in love

several years ago. The people who work there are amazing and work tirelessly to help any and every animal they hear about. They have inmates from the county jail work with the animals, too, which helps everyone. I rescued a deaf dog who had been there for a long time and nobody else wanted last April and she's a real sweetheart. They have a few who have been there for almost three years, but they haven't given up on them yet. I wish every shelter was like ours.

been wonderful to have around. I've been taking care of my dad for almost eight years and if it weren't for the dogs and my kitty, he'd have driven me totally insane by now, lol.

And the fact that they tell each dog's story in such detail. Thank you for helping them save lives!
