In Stockport, England, a bulldog is alive and well, after a scary fall into a pit apparently left by treasure hunters.

From the article:

Craig, from Great Moor, explained: “I was out with the dogs and one minute there were three of them and the next there were two.

“It took me an hour to find her and when I did she was at the bottom of this hole.”
