"What part of Off-Leash Dog Park did you not understand?"

That's what I asked an idiot who came to the park cradling a cat in his arms and starting walking the trail.
Needless to say just about every dog that spotted the cat wanted to chase it.

Yes they brought bicycles into a dog park. Fortunately for me and them, I saw them from about a hundred yards away. I grabbed my two bike chasers and told the guy that he needed to get out before his kids got bit by someone else's dog. Seriously, they have the entire rest of the world to ride their bikes. The sad part is that if someone's dog bit his kids, the dog owner and the dog would probably suffer for it regardless of the fact that they were in an off leash dog park.
