politics on a play-date
I went to Dave and Busters with another mom and her son today for a play date. My son, 8, asked the other mom if she were a Democrat or an Independent. She said she was a Democrat and asked why he didn't ask if she were a Republican. He said, "Oh, I know you wouldn't be a Republican. Those people are crazy!"
We both just cracked up.
I swear, I am not teaching my son that Republicans are crazy. He's putting this together all by himself.
