First up is a plate of pasta made with salami in the sauce. Sounds a little weird but it is really good. The RG is also cooking lamb in the slow cooker and he used the bone broth to boil the pasta--extra flavor. There is also tomato in the pasta sauce.
Cucumber salad with dill and red onion.
Next up will be the lamb that was made in the slow cooker.
The RG just got a delivery from iGourmet, so there are little tastings of this and that--cheeses, jellies, crackers, olive oils. One item was a baguette with the "world's best butter" on it. There really was a difference.
For dessert, miniature custard pies and cold tea.

The repair guy came in today to fix a temperature problem on the soft serve ice cream machine. The staff is happy. Ive had 2 cups of chocolate. So far. Quality control, ya know.
