Pork loin roast, which is arranged in thin slices around the plate, alternating with a potato slice. In the middle is a mixture to put with each bite: caramelized onion, salami bits, and garlic. Together it's quite a taste combination. In the middle is a slice of grilled fennel.
Salad is tomato, red onion, celery, and fennel.
Dessert: I made chocolate truffles!

(32,980 posts)I used frozen spinach for some greens, added the last 3 minutes of cook time.
It's grey & chilly & windy, soup in a warm kitchen with hot decafe tea is good.

FLFC is sleeping with TJ who will work a night shift tonight. Mr. FLFC has been very finicky of late and will be offered dog food, chicken, and ground beef.

Dad & Sis got pan-fried pork chops smothered w/ onions and peppers, rice pilaf, and green beans.
