(1,706 posts)health concerns lead me to try to eat fish a couple times a week - difficult and can be expensive here in the Midwest. My husband and son were skeptical about the pasta, but both deemed it quite acceptable. It had parsley, garlic and lemon. Recipe here: https://www.saltandlavender.com/easy-canned-tuna-pasta/
We also had green beans dressed with red wine vinegar and olive oil, mint and feta. I have a jar of freeze dried mint that I need to find uses for, ideas welcome ...
Dessert is yellow cake with strawberries and whipped cream.
