cook meat in it, apparently you can. I love and use it all the time.
They have a smaller one as well.
I'm happy I spell checked, I accidently posted about my midsize hairdryer.🤣

correct the mistake of buying the first one.

Neither one properly fried anything, no matter whose instructions I followed to the letter. Off they went to the thrift shop.

properly fried food, any of them should be OK.

The thing is, they are all basically a high powered, funny-shaped toaster oven, so if you already have a toaster oven (and a microwave) there's not much more it can do.

so the next time I get a new toaster oven or microwave I should get a convection combo.

Any thoughts on this? I do not have room for an air fryer but I like the idea of getting crispy stuff without all that oil .

getting a toaster oven without convection. Best one I had was a huge one with a rotisserie built in. Forget who made it (Hamilton Beach, maybe...), but it wasn't expensive. Just big.

Was about $65. One of those no-name Chinese manufacturers, I think the stuff all comes out of the same factory. I use it a lot. Frozen foods come out great - fries, tater tots, chicken nuggets (yes I have grandkids). Great for hot dogs. In the summer it’s great for making baked potatoes to go with your grilled steaks without heating up the oven. Also good for reheating leftovers like pizza and egg rolls.

has a convection mode and it was about $70 (Hamilton Beach). I like kitchen gadgets that have multiple purposes so I can save on space.
