What's for Dinner, Sat., Dec. 28, 2019

We had some chicken cutlets made two nights ago, so the RG put comte' cheese over them.

That's all we had except for some ginger tea and chocolates, so later tonight I may make a cauliflower pizza.

with potato chips. Then some Apple Dump cake with a whip topping. It was more of a late lunch early dinner.

just some raw vegetables for a side. The chicken is gluten free and very easy: https://iowagirleats.com/2017/01/09/5-ingredient-cheesy-salsa-verde-chicken-rice/

I needed something easy for supper because I made Stollen today (German Christmas bread). I was going to make gluten free pumpkin muffins for our GF congregant, but wimped out and bought ready made GF chocolate chip cookies at Aldi's.

Tiramisu, Sichuan Chicken, steamed rice. Hot decafe tea.

I liked this place, food was hot & a generous amount.
