Update on the Figgy Pudding

It went great! I used the recipe below, using White Lily self-rising flour, made from winter wheat.

The date/fig puree substituted for sugar and made for a nuanced sweetness while I also used 85% cacao dark bittersweet chocolate. I used the butterscotch topping sparingly vs. saturating each pudding. The pudding was a combination of cake and pudding.
