I made a buttermilk pie a few days ago
and have some leftover buttermilk. I'm about to make
buttermilk pancakes.

I was thinking a breakfast taco, using some leftover meatloaf, egg and cheese, or maybe some oatmeal w/ apple and brown sugar, but I don't feel much like making an effort today. It's bitter cold here and it's affecting my ambition. (When I woke up this morning the pellet stove had run dry--58 degrees in the house.)

Anyway, I'm on my third cup of coffee.
