What's for dinner where you are?

1. Damfino.

I need to go to the store but my truck is dead-needs a battery. I may make a crabby patty. I got some crab cakes in the freezer and some onion buns.

2. Not sure. I may be eating alone today

if so, probably just a sandwich. If my husband makes it home for dinner, then it will be taco salad (made with Yves crumbles).

3. I'm not totally sure some sort of savory whole wheat crepe and a chopped salad

4. Lamburgers with a yogurt/radish salad.

5. Sweet & Sour Tuna Steaks

with brown Basmati rice and steamed asparagus with sesame oil/sesame seed garnish. Crusty French roll. We're set!

6. Not a clue. But it's going to involve snap peas, so maybe something Asian.

Would give me a chance to try out your rice recipe...

7. I'm going to try a chili rescue

Round one - I made it too hot. I tried to fix it by adding shredded zucchini from the freezer. Then it was too bland. Tonight, we do battle again.

If it doesn't make you suck in air, it ain't hot enough.
