in the crock pot with veggies. It's not my doing, but I smell veggies in there too.

roasted broccoli tossed in olive oil with salt & pepper, then some habanero jack cheese grated over the broccoli when it comes out of the oven

We all had fingerling potatoes roasted with the Trader Joe’s bagel seasoning and plant based butter. Corn and a Greek salad.

I almost missed meat today. Lol

in a beef/onion gravy, over smashed potatoes and yellow squash sautéed in olive oil w/ garlic

sliced tomatoes




Dad and sis got a grilled ham steak w/ homemade scalloped potatoes w/ steamed green beans and sliced tomatoes.
